1. Isolate the technical equipment system and discharge the water inside the heat exchanger.
2. Use high-pressure water to clean the residual silt, algae and other impurities in the pipeline and seal the system.
3. Install a ball valve (not less than 1 inch equal to 2.54 cm) between the isolation valve and the exchanger, and the water inlet and return port designs should be installed.
4. Connect the pipe with a conveying pump and connect the pipe so that the cleaning agent needs to be pumped from the bottom of the heat exchanger, from the top and out.
5. Start pumping the required cleaning agent into the heat exchanger (the proportion can be adjusted according to the specific situation).
6. Repeat cycle cleaning to the recommended cleaning time. With the progress of the cycle and the dissolution of the sediment, the gas generated during the reaction will also increase, and the excess air should be discharged at any time through the exhaust valve. With the discharge of air, the space in the heat exchanger will increase, you can add water appropriately, do not inject a large amount of water at the beginning, which may cause the overflow of water.
7. In the cycle, the effectiveness of the cleaning agent should be regularly checked, and the PH test paper can be used to determine. If the solution is maintained at a PH of 2-3, the cleaning agent is still effective. If the PH value of the cleaning agent reaches 5-6, it is necessary to add an appropriate amount of cleaning agent. Then the PH value of the solution remained unchanged for 30 minutes at 2-3, proving that the cleaning effect was achieved. Note: The cleaning agent can be recycled and reused, and the discharge will cause waste.
